                <h2>ค่าตอบแทนและหลักเกณฑ์การขอใช้ศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอ</h2>
                <p>ด้วยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ได้ใช้งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอทุกอำเภอ เพื่อเป็นการบริการและอำนายความสะดวกแก่หน่วยงานราชการและประชาชนทั่วไป แต่เนื่องจากการขอใช้ศูนย์ฯดังกล่าว องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลกต้องรับภาระค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าไม่น้อยกว่า 1,200 บาท/ชั่วโมง ฉะนั้น เพื่อเป็นการแบ่งเบาภาระค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จึงได้กำหนดค่าตอบแทนการขอใช้ศูนย์ฯ ดังนี้</p>

                    อนึ่งในการขอใช้ศูนย์ฯนี้หากทรัพย์สินเกิดความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือสูญหายเนื่องจากผู้ใช้ไม่ระมัดระวังในการใช้ทรัพย์สินให้อยู่ในสภาพปกติผู้ขอใช้จะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือสูญหายของทรัพย์สินนั้นโดยคิดราคาทรัพย์สิน เมื่อได้หักค่าเสื่อมราคาตามสภาพแห่งทรัพย์สินนั้นแล้ว</p>

                    <h4>ขั้นตอนที่ 1 <small>ส่วนราชการ/เอกชน/รัฐวิสาหกิจ/ประชาชน ยื่นคำขอใช้ห้องประชุม ปฏิบัติดังนี้</small></h4>
                    <b>ยื่นคำขอใช้ด้วยตนเอง</b>
                    <ol>
                        <li>ขอรับแบบขออนุญาตใช้ห้องประชุมศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอ จากเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์ฯ แต่ละอำเภอ หรือที่กองแผนและงบประมาณ องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก</li>
                        <li>กรอกรายละเอียดให้เรียบร้อย แล้วยื่นแบบขออนุญาตต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอ ที่ขอใช้บริการ ภายใน 5 วัน ก่อนวันขอใช้</li>
                    </ol>
                    <b>ยื่นคำขอใช้ออนไลน</b>
                    <ol>
                        <li>ตรวจสอบตารางการใช้บริการห้องประชุมฯที่จะขอใช้บริการ หากไม่มีกำหนดการใช้งาน ให้ทำการจองการใช้ห้องประชุมผ่านระบบการจองห้องประชุมออนไลน์ โดยต้องจองใช้บริการภายใน 7 วัน ก่อนการขอใช้</li>
                        <li>Download แบบขออนุญาตใช้ห้องประชุมศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ประจำอำเภอ แล้ว กรอกรายละเอียดให้เรียบร้อย แล้วยื่นแบบขออนุญาตต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอ ที่ขอใช้บริการ ภายใน 5 วัน ก่อนวันขอใช้</li>

                    <h4>ขั้นตอนที่ 2 <small>หัวหน้าศูนย์ประสานแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นประจำอำเภอ พิจารณาอนุญาต/ไม่อนุญาต พร้อมทั้งพิจารณาอัตราค่าตอบแทนการขอใช้ศูนย์ฯ ให้เป็นไปตามประกาศองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก</small></h4>
